Job Description
- Perform due diligence on specific investment banking assignments.
- Compile and analyze data relative to specific engagements.
- Perform financial analyses and prepare financial models.
- New business development.
- Prepare offering memoranda, management presentations and other written materials
Requirements
- Prior experience as an investment banking analyst (financial services, healthcare, high technology and/or real estate industries
experience preferred.) - Demonstrated experience in private placements in both equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings,
restructurings, etc. - Bachelor’s Degree and NASD Series 7 required (candidates without the Series 7 will be required to take and pass the exam within the
first 3 months of hire.) - Ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
