Provide daily administrative support including phone coverage, correspondence, maintaining schedules, arranging meetings and appointments and coordinating complex travel itineraries.
Reconcile expense reports.
Prepares and executes check requests.
Manages petty cash.
Liaison between firm and outside service providers.
Requirements
Key requirements – professional appearance, good technical, written and communications skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional environment (3 to 5 years preferred.)
Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically; Word; Excel; Power Point; and Outlook.
Strong command of the English language including spelling and grammar.
Solid knowledge in the use and operation of standard office equipment.
