Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description
  • Provide daily administrative support including phone coverage, correspondence, maintaining schedules, arranging meetings and
    appointments and coordinating complex travel itineraries.
  • Reconcile expense reports.
  • Prepares and executes check requests.
  • Manages petty cash.
  • Liaison between firm and outside service providers.

Requirements
  • Key requirements – professional appearance, good technical, written and communications skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced
    environment.
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional environment (3 to 5 years preferred.)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically; Word; Excel; Power Point; and Outlook.
  • Strong command of the English language including spelling and grammar.
  • Solid knowledge in the use and operation of standard office equipment.
