Our relationships with a broad range of institutional investors who are
active in both the primary and secondary markets enable our firm to
identify appropriate investors for a wide range of debt and equity
placements. Our client list covers a significant share of the private
equity, venture capital, mutual fund, hedge fund and insurance
company universe and includes mezzanine lenders and senior debt
providers such as banks and specialized finance companies. We have
built strong account relationships at the portfolio manager level over
many years. These relationships and the associated customer loyalty
and depth of market knowledge are keys to providing successful
service to both our investment banking and institutional investor clients.
